Bas/Controls Install Electrician

• Install conduit and wiring for HVAC equipment and their associated controls
• Ability to read and understand control circuit drawings
• Terminate wires on DDC control panels and devices
• Perform checkout and testing of HVAC controls
• Desire to learn about DDC control and Building Automation
• Collaborate with other trades and tradesman on projects
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices

Master Plumber 

• May oversee and direct others in installing or repairing various plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret construction drawings.
• Collaborate with general contractors and other construction professionals. 
• Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
• Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
• Have attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices

Journeyman Plumber

Trainee Plumber

• Assist master and journeyman plumbers with the installation of various plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Learn the tools and material of the trade.
• Ability to perform small tasks on your own with supervision nearby.
